Alister has accumulated 12 years’ experience in the corporate world, 8 years within a senior strategic capacity. A professional career that includes sales, marketing, team leadership, business planning and strategy, Alister has successfully led teams and finds nothing more fulfilling than helping another human being to grow and develop.
Before launching Mindful Talent, Alister was the Director of a successful recruitment firm, part of a leadership team that took the business from an annual turnover of £110,000 to £8 million in little over 3 years. During this time Alister personally generated over £585,000 in gross profit from a cold-desk and account managed the clients he won. Prior to recruitment Alister worked for a global marketing agency as Head of Product Development & Partnerships, responsible for managing partnership marketing campaigns worth over £1 million.
Understanding the need for ROI in business, Alister inspired and motivated his teams to succeed by training and promoting team unity, communication and greater self-awareness, all contributing towards increased sales, stronger client relations, key client growth and sustainable revenue and profit.
Alister is a trained coach, accredited by the Association of Coaching with an Advanced Certificate in Coaching Practice, who motivates and inspires new ways of thinking. Alister is an active member of the Association of Coaching (AC) and the Mindfulness Association.
